  • MuLinux was my first introduction to Linux on a 386 in 1997, as I remember it. It also introduced me to distro mailing lists. My eternal gratefulness and thanks to Michele for making it available and writing up the documentations. Going to have to download it again. Regards, Richard.
  • Great Job making a floppy that boots & works. I had a problem with using fdformat to format the floppy on Debian 8.x (32 Bit) Changed the code to comment out the existing SUPERFORMAT() Routine, and to this to see what the $device really was: echo -n "Do You want to ${op} $device (y/n) ? [y]> " #### Line 183 superformat --superverify $device #### Line 188 Now, it formats any previously bad floppy, and copies files to floppy at /DEV/FD0, and boots. I just have to clone it to my Microdrive, and finish testing. GREAT JOB for mulinux, and it is greatly appreciated. Debian 8.x required this to be added at the end of /home/user/.bashrc: export PATH=./:${PATH} #### Allows mu.cnf to be found in the path (current DIR) # use source .bashrc to update the env without logoff or reboot. THANKS AGAIN! Larry
